To Peter du Sautoy, Faber and Faber, 17 April 1965: "It is very good of you to allow John Calder to publish COME AND GO which I wrote for the opening of his new theatre and dedicated to him. It is understood of course that this does not preclude eventual publication by you." -The Letters of Samuel Beckett: 1957-1965, p. 664
